A brand-new way to manage care homes, visits, and shared activities — all in one place.
We’re excited to release Homes, a major upgrade designed for caregivers and managers working in care homes where more than one care recipient needs support. This new feature brings clarity, structure, and collaboration to daily work that previously lived in scattered tools and workflows.
You can now turn on the Homes feature under Settings → Homes. From there, you can create each care home and add details such as address, care recipients, tasks, visits, notes, and activities.
Add stays for each care recipient You can now add full-day or part-day stays, making it clear who is present in the care home at any given time.
Add shifts with required number of caregivers You can now add shifts and set the required number of caregivers. One or more caregivers can be assigned to a shift. If the required number isn’t met, the shift is marked as open.
Activities for the care home Managers can now create shared activities for the whole care home, such as cleaning tasks or other common activities. Every caregiver can see and complete them as part of the shift.
Shift notes Caregivers can add multiple notes for each care recipient during a shift, and also create notes for the care home itself.
Shift log The shift log gives a complete overview of the shift. You can see who clocked in and out, all completed and incomplete activities, and any shift notes. You can also filter the log by care recipient or caregiver for a more focused view.
Homes brings a unified, structured workflow to care homes where multiple care recipients and caregivers interact. Caregivers gain clarity in their shifts, managers get better oversight, and everyone can see exactly what needs attention from care home tasks to individual care. With shared activities, flexible notes and live updates, Homes makes collaboration smoother and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
