We want the activity feed to represent all recent activity per care recipient and also have the ability to aggregate updates for an office or organization unit.

Ideally I can filter activities based on type, in this case Schedule updates and see who made what type of change. Add, update, delete visit, with some information about how the schedule looks before and after the update.
